Tom Campbell was born in Pontiac, Michigan and was raised all over the place; a few years in Michigan, a few in North Dakota, a few in Ohio and a few in Washington. He continued bein
g raised while on Active Duty with the Air Force; serving tours in New Mexico, the Azores, Colorado, South Dakota, Thailand, California, Arizona, Montana, Idaho, Washington and Texas. He married Julieann Marie Thomas of Rapid City, South Dakota in 1969. Julieann raised him a few more years, got him a degree from Chapman College in Orange, California and then had him commissioned a Lieutenant in the Air Force Medical Service Corps in 1975. In 1979, Julieann had him graduate from the Medical College of Virginia with a master's degree in Healthcare Administration. In 1980, she gave him a fine son, Tyler. In 1987, he retired from the Air Force at the ripe old age of 41 and he and Julieann started a new life. In 1988 the new life, daughter Samantha was born (Tom was confused about the meaning of the phrase). Today Tom has his own firm, Campbell Health Management and provides business development services to healthcare firms throughout the US. Julieann has pretty much given up on raising him.
